I am sure there is no real introduction to body composition needed here. As a dietitian I do feel that knowing all of these numbers can be beneficial for each and every individual because they can be great indicators of overall health status.
Be warned that if you have never struggled with your weight and have not really bothered with exercise or a healthy diet, underneath your slim physique there could be some dangerous fat around your organs. This is called Visceral Fat (see more in the infographic).
