What are the benefits of a One-On-One Dietitian Consultation?

Setting aside time for yourself, to tackle your health concerns, is a form of self-care.

Too often we set aside our own health to take care of our work or family demands. A consultation gives us the opportunity to really dive deep into your health (both current and previous). Most importantly, the more I get to know you, the more targeted your plan can be. This time together allows us to determine the best possible nutrition strategies for you to achieve nutritional wellness.

Step 1: get in touch

Using our Contact Page information, call or email me and I will get you started with a brief free phone call. This is where I get to learn a little bit more about you, your primary health concerns, and also how I can support you. We’ll discuss which package option is the best fit for you.

You’ll have a chance to ask questions about how I work, my food philosophies, as well as what to expect from the process.

STEP2: INITIAL SESSION

In your first session, we will spend approximately 60 minutes together so that I can get to know you and your specific concerns. We’ll discuss your:

– clinical status and history (including any blood work where appropriate)

– relationship with food and body image

– dieting and weight history

– current eating habits.

We’ll also discuss your health goals and most importantly, the specific strategies that we can use to help you achieve these.

STEP 3: CONTINUED SUPPORT

Achieving your health goals and healing your relationship with food and your body is deep work. I want to make sure I give you the right amount of support over time in order to ensure that you have long lasting success.

We can follow up with short sessions for as long as you need.
